the staff were kind. i appreciated the clean rooms. it was nice that fresh towels were provided daily. the location was convenient for exploring the area.
the room felt quite small. there was no fridge in the room, inconvenient. i found the street noise to be disruptive at night. the water pressure in the shower was weak.

the staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. the room was clean upon arrival , and i appreciated the daily refresh. i found the free coffee and water in the lobby a welcome touch. the proximity to multiple subway lines simplified my travels across the city.
i noticed some street noise at night , but it was manageable.

i saw the front desk staff assist multiple guests with directions, maps and transportation options. housekeeping services was prompt and efficient, with daily room cleaning completed by early afternoon. staff promptly addressed a minor query i had regarding local amenities.
